For all repair inquiries send a description of the issue and a photo of the product to CustomerService@tylerandsash.com please be sure to include your phone number, home address, and date of purchase. Please note we only service Hunter Douglas branded products or items made/sold by Tyler & Sash. The product and headrail must be clean, dust-free, and in good condition. Please allow a minimum of 2-4 weeks for repairs.
If your product is PowerView please be sure you have changed or charged the batteries in the wand found behind the headrail and the remote control. Please refer to the product guide or call the Hunter Douglas consumer PowerView hotline at 844-797-8439 to walk through the troubleshooting process before submitting your repair inquiry.
